When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 6-11 working days. 

We have built a direct partnership with our suppliers to ensure that you receive your order quickly. This allows us to work efficiently while keeping costs low. This allows us to offer high-quality products at attractive prices, including free shipping.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

I am missing some products from my order, how is that possible?

Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

What are the shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs of your order ourselves.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

On this page ( Track Order ) you can enter your tracking number to track your package.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days without giving a reason. To return, read our return policy and email us at info@mannfior.com.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are dissatisfied with the product or have complaints, you can return your order within 30 days, provided it meets the requirements that you can find at the bottom of the page. After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be deposited into your bank account within 30 days.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to use the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you or not accept the return request. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Send us an email at info@mannfior.com

Try to be as complete as possible in the email, a number of important points:

  1. Why you want to exchange or return the package.
  2. Any photos for clarification.

Step 2:  Send your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address of the department store in the form. Make sure you provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise. Mail the track & trace code to info@mannfior.com, so that your order can be tracked by us at all times.

Step 3:  Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

The Track and Trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?

From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay.
